In addition to the climate controlled storage offering, a lower cost dry storage service is provided. Drive up dry storage is the traditional metal building which provides shelter from precipitation but does not control temperature and humidity.

On the east end of the property, to the left facing the large stone face building, are two 20ft x 60ft storage buildings. Each building is divided into eight 10x10 units and two 10x20 units for a total of twenty drive up dry storage units.

Additional protection will be provided by property fencing and by gated electroinc access control. Customers can be assured protection of their valuables and themselves. Access is to be available 24/7.
